About the Author

• Jessica Gold, D.D.S. is a practicing Dentist based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. She grew up surrounded by the outdoors and learned to appreciate all that mother nature provides. She was motivated to pass down the same values to her daughter when she became a mother recently, which inspired her to write this book.
